Locker Rewards and Fees

Rewards

sdToken holders earn rewards from multiple sources:

  • Protocol rewards — Underlying protocol distributions (e.g., CRV, BAL) from the locker's governance token holdings
  • Strategy fee share — A portion of performance fees from strategies using the locker's boost
  • Vote incentives — Earned through voting or delegation

Fee Structure

Liquid Locker fees are performance fees only — charged when rewards are harvested, not on deposits or withdrawals.

Fee distribution typically includes:

  • Liquidity incentives — Supports sdToken/token liquidity pools via vote incentives
  • DAO treasury — Funds protocol development and operations
